Submit your request for duplicate tax receipts and contribution receipts by filling in the following information. If your request is received between 8:30 am and 5 pm (ET) Monday to Friday, we will respond to your request within 2 hours of receipt.

Requests received between 8:30 am and 5 pm (ET) Monday to Friday will be processed within 2 hours of receipt or we will contact you in the event of a delay. Canoe may contact you for additional information or verification.

For security purposes we will only mail documents to the client or advisor address on file using this online request form. If other instructions are required please call Client Services. Documents sent via email will be password protected.
