Canoe's privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, security and accuracy of your personal information. Canoe respects the privacy rights of all visitors to its web site and all individuals with which it conducts its business.  Canoe's Privacy Policy applies to all affiliates and subsidiaries of Canoe Financial LP, (collectively "Canoe").

You may change or withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, by contacting our privacy officer. In some circumstances, a change in or withdrawal of consent may limit our ability to provide products or services to or acquire products or services from, you. Canoe takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and security of the personal information in its possession. Canoe recognizes that individuals generally have the right of access to personal information and the right to request the correction of errors in such information. Canoe will accommodate such requests in accordance with all legal requirements. Canoe may from time to time make changes to its Privacy Policy to reflect changes in legal or regulatory obligations or changes in the manner in which we deal with personal information.
