Canoe EIT Income Fund Announces Unit Purchase by W. Brett Wilson
CALGARY, ALBERTA – November 14, 2013 – Canoe EIT Income Fund (formerly EnerVest Diversified Income Trust) (“Canoe” or the “Fund”) (TSX - EIT.UN) announces that W. Brett Wilson, Chairman, Canoe Mutual Funds, on behalf of himself and related parties, today purchased 550,000 units of the Fund in the open market at an average price of $11.775 per unit for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $6.5 million.
