Canoe Strategic High Yield Fund/Class  aims to generate a high level of current income by investing primarily in high-yield debt securities.

Canoe Canadian Monthly Income Class aims to provide consistent, tax-preferred monthly income and capital growth by investing primarily in a mix of Canadian equity and fixed-income securities, U.S. investment grade, corporate and high-yield fixed income securities, preferred stocks and convertible securities or other non-Canadian securities.

Canoe Canadian Asset Allocation Class aims to provide long-term growth and capital preservation using a balanced investment approach by investing primarily in a mix of Canadian equity and fixed-income securities, and money market instruments. The Fund may also invest in gold, gold certificates, silver certificates and certain gold/silver ETFs.

Canoe North American Monthly Income Class aims to generate income and long-term capital growth by investing primarily in high-yielding equity securities and corporate bonds of North American issuers.

Canoe Equity Income Class aims to provide a steady flow of income and capital growth through diversified investments primarily in Canadian equity and fixed-income securities.

Canoe U.S. Equity Income Class an equity income portfolio that seeks to deliver both current income and long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity securities of U.S. issuers. This fund is sub-advised by JPMorgan Asset Management (Canada) Ltd.

Canoe Global Equity Income Class a global equity income portfolio that seeks to deliver both current income and long-term capital appreciation. This fund is sub-advised by JPMorgan Asset Management (Canada) Ltd.

Canoe Global Value Class A global, “go anywhere” equity mandate intended to provide investors with long-term capital growth by investing in a broad range of small, medium and large capitalization equity securities.

Canoe Energy Income Class aims to provide dividend income and long-term capital growth by investing in energy equity and fixed-income securities. The Fund invests primarily in companies involved in pipelines, power and the exploration, development, production or supply of oil and natural gas, and in companies which service these industries.

Canoe Energy Class aims to provide long-term capital growth by investing in securities related to the energy sector. The Fund invests primarily in companies that are involved in the exploration, development or production of oil and natural gas in Canada and abroad and in companies which service those industries.

EnerVest Natural Resource Fund Ltd. is an actively managed diversified portfolio designed to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing in securities of companies involved in exploration, development and production within the energy sector as well as companies that service these industries.

Canoe EIT Income Fund (formely EnerVest Diversified Income Trust) (TSX: EIT.UN) The investment objectives of EIT are to maximize monthly distributions relative to risk and maximize Net Asset Value, while maintaining and expanding a diversified investment portfolio, primarily through acquiring, investing, holding, transferring, disposing of or otherwise dealing with or in equity and debt securities of royalty and income trusts, corporations, partnerships, or other issuers.

Flow-Through Funds

Canoe Flow-Through Limited Partnerships are designed to provide a tax-assisted investment in a diversified portfolio of resource companies involved in oil and gas or mineral exploration and development. The Canoe Flow-Through Limited Partnerships are established to provide a 100% deductible investment in the year it is purchased along with the potential for capital appreciation.
